• "Client" refers to any individual or entity that purchases and uses our Expert Advisor (EA) products.

• "Expert Advisor (EA)" refers to the automated trading software provided by the Company.

• "Performance Fee" refers to the 20% fee charged by the Company on the profits generated using the EA software.

2. Use of Expert Advisor (EA) Software

• The Client acknowledges that the EA software is a tool to assist with automated trading and does not guarantee profits.

• The Client is solely responsible for the setup, usage, and monitoring of the EA software.

• The Company shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred due to the use of the EA.

3. Performance Fee Structure

• Some of our EA have performance fee to be charged by our approved regional brokerage firm. Not all EA have this scheme.

• The Company shall charge 20% performance fee on the net profit generated by the EA with performance fee scheme.

• The performance fee is calculated at the end of each trading period, as defined by the Company.

• The performance fee collection process will be conducted by the our approved regional brokerage firm of the Company in the Client's respective region.

• Clients must comply with our approved regional brokerage firm's fee collection procedures and ensure timely payment.

• Company will charge the performance fee directly to the approved regional brokerage firm used by Clients.

• Failure to pay the performance fee either caused by Client or the brokerage they used may result in suspension or termination of the EA software license.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the EA software are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase.

• The Client may discontinue using the EA software at any time but remains responsible for any outstanding performance fees.

5. Risk Disclosure

• Trading in financial markets carries inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

• The Company does not provide financial advice. Clients should seek professional financial guidance before using the EA software.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the EA software.

• The Company does not guarantee specific trading results or profitability.

7. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the EA software constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
